If Post-by-Post Pro isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Purchases are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles refunds. You can request one through the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by emailing us at support@postbypost.app and we will arrange it.

After a refund

Once refunded, the Pro features are switched off. The free features of Post-by-Post keep working.
