These terms apply to the Post-by-Post browser extension and the Post-by-Post Pro upgrade (together, "Post-by-Post"), provided by Kramerica Industries ("we", "us"). By installing or buying Post-by-Post you agree to them.
Purchases and the reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
What you get
Post-by-Post is free to use. Post-by-Post Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra features (auto-scroll, custom hotkeys and an on/off switch) for your personal use. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Post-by-Post. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Pro upgrade or share your purchase with others.
Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy.
Availability and changes
Post-by-Post changes how reddit.com scrolls. Reddit may change its website at any time, which can temporarily affect how Post-by-Post works; we aim to fix such issues promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update Post-by-Post and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
No warranty and liability
Post-by-Post is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Post-by-Post is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Post-by-Post is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. "Reddit" is a trademark of Reddit, Inc.
